In this paper, a stochastic analysis method is proposed for extraction and evaluation of power distribution map (PDM) in system printed circuit board (PCB). This conducted based on some system-level information including placement routing geometry, network (PDN), component package parasitic, voltage regulator module (VRM). A simple model supply current two constituent blocks electronic systems analytically extracted. The worst-case simultaneous operation all consumers are considered PDM extraction. approach applied to specific designed fabricated mixed signal board. beneficial the process decoupling capacitance or noisy components an optimum right location. Also, can be as verification step PCB design flow applicable before merely data components. enables designer predict upcoming problems layout hastens verification.
